Mahnoor Ahmed

Hi everyone! My name is Mahnoor Ahmed (she/her/hers), and I am a junior Biology major with a minor in Psychology. This is my first year as a SAVE Peer Educator, and I’m super excited to work with a group of like-minded individuals, who strive to make our campus a safer and more inclusive place! Outside of AVI, I serve on the Executive Board for Tri-Beta, work for the Division of Student Affairs, and was previously involved with Student Government. In my free time, you’ll find me sketching, binging shows, or laughing too much, so feel free to say hi if you see me around! I’ve always been super passionate about being an advocate for the prevention of interpersonal violence, so I can’t wait to offer a safe space for survivors, and overcome persistent issues/stigmas within our community by establishing how marginalizing one’s experiences can be harmful.
