CAPS provides outreach programming and workshops for staff, faculty, and student organizations on campus. To request an outreach service, please complete the following form. We would appreciate as much notice as possible for planning purposes, but a minimum of 2 weeks is generally necessary. This is to ensure that staff will be available for your event and can meet the needs of your program.
If your department/organization is able to offer flexibility in dates, please note that October and April are our busiest months and it is more challenging for us to accommodate requests during these times.
